CIVIL WAR 1830 Short Sword
Modeled on the style of the Roman Legion sword, this particular sword probably saw use in the Mexican War and could have been used by either Union or Confederate troops during the American Civil War. No Markings.
Heavy cast brass hilt; capstan rivet; elliptical shaped blade with center ridge. Two tiny nicks on one edge, Eagle on Pommel. solid condition.
